Please bring your booking confirmation, valid ID, and any items you need for visitation according to facility guidelines. Food and beverages are allowed on the shuttle in moderation.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Our shuttles depart promptly to ensure on-time arrival at the correctional facilities and respect everyone's visitation schedule.
Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance receive a full credit for future trips. Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of departure receive a 50% credit. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. We understand emergencies happen and will review special circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
Yes, children are absolutely welcome. Children aged 3-11 travel at half the adult fare. Children under 3 travel free of charge. Please ensure you bring appropriate car seats if required by law for your child's age and weight, and kindly note any children (with ages) during the booking process so we can accommodate your family comfortably.
